• Robert J. Lange, C.E.O. - Over 30 years of manufacturing and management experience;

• Edward Hall, Vice President - Business Affairs & General Counsel – Extensive experience in start-up operations, legal affairs, compliance, and governance;

• Michael Tercha, Director of Engineering & Research Programs - Skills in engineering and product development; and,

• Glenn Howland, Ph.D., Materials Development Manager - Over 30 years of experience in polymer industries, including new product development and R&D.

In addition to the managers listed above, our board of directors includes:

• Ali Manesh, Ph.D., P.E. - Over 30 years of industrial product R&D experience, including engineering, management, and sales responsibilities, as well as university research faculty positions;
  
• D. Richard (Dick) Stephens - Over 40 years of experience in the tire industry, most recently serving as the president of Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., where he oversaw a multibillion dollar global business that introduced multiple technological innovations to the industry. (View News Release)
